The oven temperature controls range from 100 degrees F - 450 degrees F and there are three of them to for maximum control. The proofer temperature controls range from 0-65 degrees F. The proofer humidity controls range from 1-7 and it has 60 minute timers. Does have a few scratches, nicks dings, dents, etc. - nothing major normal wear. Has been tested it and it is working fine.
