Selling Ol' Faithful, our 5 kilo coffee roaster. We are the second owners of this YM-5. The total daily output of this machine is about 300-400 lbs. It has a single exhaust and does not have a chaff collector other that the built-ins. We moved to a 35 kilo and no longer have room for our little stallion.  The Good:  -This a real workhorse. You can depend on this roaster. -Roasts beautifully, perfect for small to medium roaster retailers -Light, can be moved around easily.  -Properly oiled and maintained, despite not being shiny and new has been well taken care of. -Motor is in great shape. -Manual flame control  -Accurate Watlow Controller The Dirty Laundry: -Will need new string arms. 2 of the 4 are missing -Chrome is chipping (as it would on most 20+ year old roaster) -You may want to consider going to infrared burners  -General cosmetics, its an older roaster  Al reasonable offers considered. Buyer will arrange their own freight.
