Commercial Convection Oven, Vulcan VC44GD, Double Stack. Natural Gas (can be converted to propane, call to discuss). 100,000 total BTU/hr, 50,000 BTU/hr each oven. The Vulcan VC44GD is a double deck commercial gas convection oven. The exterior of the oven is constructed of a stainless steel front, sides top and legs and the interior is porcelain enamel over steel. There are two independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows on both decks. There are two interior oven lights per oven. Five nickel plated wire racks per oven included. Each oven has 11 rack positions, for thin pastries, other low height cook items. The Vulcan VC44GD features solid state temperature controls that adjust from +150°F to +500°F as well as a 60 minute timer with an audible alarm. Oven cool switch for rapid cool down, and component longevity. 120 Volts, 1 phase for two .5 hp, two speed fans and lights, 15.4 total amps (7.7 amps per oven). Each oven has a 3/4 inch gas connection pipe. Electronic spark igniters for burners. Two-Speed 1/2hp oven blower motor each oven. On installed casters.
