These insulated holding cabinets, unheated, have been a specially designed custom order for our local school district, which ultimately declined them in a job return. These cabinets are near new, and seem to be unused. Each cabinet has a tow bar and a hitch so a train of these cabinets can be pulled together. A holding cabinet is an essential piece of equipment for your restaurant, bakery, catering business, or hotel. These cabinets will keep cooked foods hot, fresh, and out of temperature danger zones until customers are ready to order. By having a food holding cabinet, you’ll be able to prepare entrees, sides, appetizers, and dinner rolls in advance before a large dinner rush. The UHS series can accommodate a wide range of trays and pans, including 18x26, 12x20, 14x18, 12x18, 20x22, 10x20, and GN 2/1. The UHS-10 is designed to hold (10) 18x26 or (20) 12x20 at 4.5" spacing, but due to the unique fully adjustable universal tray slides and uprights punched at 1.5" centers you can hold almost any combination of trays and pans. The UHS series can also be equipped with wire shelves for even more added flexibility. The UHS series cabinet features FWE's heavy-duty all stainless steel construction and is fully insulated. Welded construction and our exclusive tubular stainless steel base frame ensure that this heated holding cabinet will withstand the most demanding use. FWE believes that mobile holding cabinets should be, well mobile. These holding cabinets come with heavy duty, solid formed push bar handles. These handles are mounted at each end of the unit for easy maneuverability. Also standard is the full perimeter bumper. The bumper extends beyond the doors and handle for added protection. Each door is equipped with heavy duty hinges and full grip edge mount latches. The cabinet rides on special 8" balloon tires for exceptional mobility.
