I am calling these "baskets" for lack of a better term.  They are simply flat and are used to hold down fish, corn dogs, chicken breasts, and other food items that the cook does not want to float to the surface when done. They can be use separately or with one on top of the other. I do not see exactly the same product in the Hubert food service catalog, but similar ones sell in the range of $39.99 to $89.99.  Plus shipping. These were used in a catering business. They are in good used condition.  They need to be cleaned and sanitized before use.  There is some grease and food residue. The flat portion is 10 inches long. The handle measures 9 inches up from that, then 11 inches including the rubber-coated handle. These do not hook onto the fryer like a French Fry basket.  They simple drop into the hot grease to hold food in place. There may be incidental use for these in your kitchen.
