This is one of the best made machines on the market... It Grinds Meat Faster than you can keep up with packaging 3 pound ground meat logs or sausage casings. What have I used my Thunderbird for? I'm not going to overexaggerate! I make my own dog food and I dont' have time to de-bone everything as I should. I have ground over 800 lbs. of goat through my TB-400E. I get the occassional jam when running a big piece of sinew or bone but it is quick to clear and then back to work. We have medium sized ranch in North Texas raising many different animals and sometimes you have unexpected mortality.. You end up with hundreds of pounds of meat quartered in the freezer.... But now, it is becoming organized and easily edible because of this machine. This machine allows me to grind all this meat into ground hamburger meat or extruded into sausage casings for the family. However, more importantly, we have 5 dogs out at the ranch and this machine allowed me to easily grind 400 lbs. of pork. That was eight 5 gallon buckets filled of fist sized chunks of and has been feeding my dogs with natural ground pork for months. This machine can easily pay for itself.
