Heavy duty 220 volt commercial / restaurant Pasta Extruder Italgi USA, LLC, model is called "Gina". We think the switch has gone bad. Switch lights up but machine won't start up. For this reason we are selling as is. It should be an easy fix. This thing weighs in at 80 LBS! It is a heavy duty machine. It comes with 6 solid brass dies, numbers 19, 23, 10, 88, 5, 370, these dies alone are around $100 each. This will be crated and weigh over 100 Lbs. Shipping and crating will be over the stated shipping charge of $50.00, we will pay the difference.  The Gina is a pasta machine suitable for restaurants, hotels and food shops with the need for lower volume production. It is the only pasta machine which easily becomes a kneading machine, to prepare dough for bread, pizza and cakes. With the change of a die, the Gina can manufacture numerous shapes and sizes of fresh pasta, including spaghetti, fusilli, bucatini, macaroni, tagliatelle and gnocchetti. With a special die, it can also make pasta sheets for lasagna. For sanitation and durability, the kneading bin, the mixer, the mixing arm and the body are made from AISI 304 stainless steel. The kneading bin, mixer and mixing hopper can easily be removed for washing. For user safety, the machine contains safety switches and an automatic cut-off. The following optional parts are available: • Special kneading arm to make dough for bread, pizza and cakes. • Electronic cutter for short pastas. • Stainless steel stand.
