The Commonwealth Scientific Millatron Ion Milling System is a powerful tool for ion beam processing of substrates up to 3 inches in diameter. The system features a load lock design for easy sample exchange and is equipped with a reliable IBS 600 IVG power supply with a liquid crystal display. Additional components include a MAPLE system message display unit with remote, MKS 911 and 315 Pirani micro controllers, and an MKS 421 cold cathode gauge micro controller.
