New in original bag. Shipping USPS. I recently installed one of these blocks for an OTA (VHF/UHF TV) outdoor antenna. This block is solid construction. I especially liked the open grounding lug design - that easily accommodates large 8 or 10 gauge wire. A grounding block is required for NEC (national electric code) compliance. Regardless of the electric code - my TV picture quality improved after grounding the antenna. I am receiving over-the-air 1080 TV channels with this ground block.
