Sound Masking Generator / Amplifier and four (4) 2x2 drop tile speakers, the perfect system for a small business office, or a medical or dental practice. The sound masking generator is Armstrong iCeilings Tri-Pack TR-230, and has two zones, and can be configured for 25v, 70V, or 100V output.  In addition to producing high-quality pink noise, it also has music and paging inputs and can duck the music for paging. The droptile speakers are Armstrong BP6710, and the membrane is printed to look like the texture of an acoustical drop tile.  Each speaker fits the normal 2' x 2' opening in a drop tile ceiling.  Unlike acoustical tiles, these speakers cannot be cut - they need a full opening.  The speakers have a tap on them for adjusting the wattage of each speaker, and these max out at 8 Watts each.   This system was used by one company in two different buildings, and were actually demo units because the company sold sound masking systems for HIPAA compliance.  I removed the system from the first building and installed it in the second installation.  I also removed the system from that location a short time later.  These components are in great shape.  I have tested all of these parts and they work great.  No reconditioning was needed, except for removing the labels from the front panel of the generator and cleaning things up. The only other things you need to install this system is 18 AWG speaker wire, and seismic supports for the speakers if they are required in your area.
