Complete Container Automation Systems Lubristat Spray Booth: This is designed to spray a fine mist of Anti Static lubricant on plastic bottles as they travel on the conveyor at speeds up to 500 containers per per minute. This is a complete stainless steel system with internal 4.5" stainless steel conveyor and 2 stainless side to side transfer conveyor sections. Conveyors are speed controlled, one by SEW Eurodrive and the other by AC frequency  drive. The system has two 30 Gallon mixing tanks with air operated motors for the mixing screws. This system is in excellent condition and comes with installation and operation manuals. This system is over $70,000 new! Unit is skidded and the selling price includes loading on to truck supplied by the buyer. We can source shipping transport for you at additional cost.
