This is the complete sealing and trimming station for a tube filler also comes with power supply and power control unit. These Ultrasonic systems are used when filling tubes. After tubes are filled, the sealer is used to close off the end of the tube.  Then, after tube is sealed, the trimmer is used to cut off any excess material from the tube.  Instead of heat, these units use ultrasonic vibrations to seal and trim the tube.  This is very important when you are filling anything flammable, or with a high alcohol content.  These units power on, as seen in pictures, but need to be provided with some sort of input (either a PLC or a simple contact switch) to iniate the units to cycle.  Therefore, they have not been able to be tested and are sold "as is".
