Full set of used equipment for grinding and polishing concrete floors, including: 1 - Total Polishing System TPS-X1 220v two head counter rotating grinder (total of six metals or resins at three per head) with water tank and cast iron weight. 1/2 clearance to walls, one extra skirt, two sets of magnetic quick change plates, one set of fixed plates, and extension cord. Please note that the numbers on the digital control no longer appear when the machine is turned on - the machine works fine but you are grinding by feel, not by the RPM indicator. 2- Master Craft 120v three head planetary grinder (total of nine resins at three per head). 3 - HTC 130 120v edge grinder. 4 - Spencer Turbine FastVac 500 220v two stage HEPA vacuum with removable canister for dust. Include anti-static hose, five accessory heads, accessory handle, and extension cord. Please note that because of the HEPA filter the vacuum is dry grind only if you use the vacuum with wet process grinding you will ruin the filter. 5 - Hudson Never Pump battery powered backpack sprayer with charger. 6 - MOHS hardness scale test kit - used to determine the hardness of the concrete so that the appropriate metal bond can be used. 7 - The sale also includes the following: large storage case for hand tools and supplies, storage cases for metals and resin pads, assorted new and used metals and resin pads from 60 to 3000, assorted new and used cup grinding wheels, and horse hair buffing pads. This is all the equipment needed to grind and polish a concrete floor. Purchased separately this is approximately $20,000.00 in equipment and supplies. We purchased the equipment for one job and don't anticipate needing it again in the near future, so rather that taking up storage space in the shop we are selling it. Questions and Conditions of Sale: This is a lot of different and expensive equipment so you are welcome to ask questions about the equipment, but we are not going to respond the questions about how to use it to Bidders. All equipment is sold used and in working condition as is. Delivery: This equipment is heavy and takes two pick up truck loads to transport. If you do not have a truck dock it takes two strong individuals to lift the TPS grinder, and at least three to safely lift the Spencer Vacuum.
