Legal distillery is selling the equipment we purchased and have now outgrown.  Perfect size for acquiring Distillery license or running a small legal distillery.  All of the equipment is in excellent working condition (some pieces have a few minor cosmetic blemishes).    Equipment list:   2-60 gallon Stainless kettles with tangential port, lids 1-60 gallon Stainless mashtun with false-bottom and lid 3-60 gallon Stainless cone-bottom fermenters, with airtight lids 23 gallon Stainless steel still kettle Capping machine Brand new Bottling machine (fills single bottles of any size and shape) Brand new Filter Brand new Machine to air-clean bottles   90 gallon Custom-built stainless steel still kettle with three 2” tri-clover ferrules for direct-contact low density element (15kw possible 15.9 Kw Hotplate for heating the still, mashtun, brite tanks, etc.    6-4” copper sieve plate sections, deflegmator, shotgun condenser with integral parrots beak 15 kw phase angle controller, independently controls one, two, or three 5 kw elements, with digital amp readout.  Works on both kettles. Lots of valves, thermwells, Tri-clover clamps and gaskets.   All equipment is modular, meaning you can make rum, brandy, vodka, or whiskey.  Run as a pot still or full-reflux column by adding or removing plates/sections. Pick up in Pomona, CA or arrange shipping.
