The Toshiba Encore 2 is a sharp, solid, and reliable Windows tablet. The APG Stratis Tablet Holder seamlessly slides the tablet over to customers for signatures and gives the cashier a firm base to work from. The curved swivel motion is very smooth and locks in 3 positions: cashier, standing customer, and seated customer. The cradle rotates to hold the tablet in the landscape or portrait position and has an easy release button to allow removing the tablet. The integrated USB hub keeps the tablet charged and allows connecting receipt printers, scanners, and other USB devices. The adjustable card holder attaches to the side magnetically to hold ID cards and membership cards in the perfect position for scanning barcodes with the tablet's camera. The USB LED light allows you to optimize the lighting for scanning barcodes in rooms with harsh glare or even in total darkness. The entire kit fits into the included rugged carry case that has custom foam to hold and protect all of the included hardware with room to spare for a mobile receipt printer should you wish to add one.
