Such Defects will be repaired or replaced with like or similar products. GIR WILL NOT be liable for any charges incurred by the Buyer for any unauthorized repairs or ordered parts, prior to obtaining an RMA or authorization from GIR. GIR's SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR (THE CUSTOMER'S) EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL BE LIMITED TO SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
