Back in 1986 before I became interested in handwritten diaries I wanted to become an Herbalist. So I saved up the money and decided to take an online course from one of the most respected Herbal Colleges in North America if not the world. It’s called Dominion Herbal College and it’s located in Canada. You can look them up online as they have a web site that gives you everything you need to know about attending their college whether it’s in person or online. The complete course today costs $1,000. I paid $785 for mine and only got through the first 10 lessons of Book 1. So there is some underlining that I did for those first 10 lessons. There are a total of three courses (3 books) for the complete course. Now, I’m not saying you could get this set and become a licensed herbalist through the college as it’s now 29 years later. BUT, there is a wealth of information in this course, $725 worth of information. Not only that I’m including all the extra brochures sent from the college and “The Gray’s Anatomy” coloring book. Please note that I did color on some of the pictures in the book. As far as the books go, there are 33 lessons just in book one with each lesson having several pages. So there are hundreds and hundreds of pages per book. It really an amazing wealth of information for anyone wanting to become an Herbalist or just know more about herbs and their healing powers. AGAIN I’m going to stress, this is just for personal study, it does not guarantee a license.
