Take the Mystery out of the Mechanical Room < This listing is for a complete, high demand hydronic heating system, including the hydronic control panel and the outdoor boiler. At the heart of this system is the flat plate equipped hydronic heating control panel. It features a 240,000 BTU heat exchanger pre-configured and installed on the panel. The heat exchanger is equipped with the Wye strainer necessary to insure debris from the boiler does not enter and reduce the efficiency of the system. A common mistake made by installers is to use 1" PEX to plumb from the outdoor boiler to the heat exchanger. 1" PEX is only capable of transferring approximately 80,000 BTUs of fluid resulting is poor performance of the heating system. This panel is equipped with 1 1/4" connections for installation to 1 1/4" PEX. This size PEX is difficult to work with so we are including 1 1/4" flexible stainless steel hoses for the connection between the heat exchanger and the boiler PEX. 1 1/4" PEX can carry the required heated fluid to the 240,000 BTU heat exchanger This panel can be configured either to one large heating zone or two smaller zones. All circulators have a specific flow capability and you should inquire regarding the capability of our standard circulator meeting your specific needs. We off all sizes of circulators as additional cost options. WE ARE NOT INCLUDING your zone circuit manifolds or air handlers in this listing. These are site specific. We do have available zone circuit manifolds and air handlers as additional cost options. THIS LISTING DOES INCLUDE a Crown Royal Stove, model CRS7400 outdoor boiler. This boiler is capable of burning wood, coal or corn. It is rated at approximately 300,000 BTUs. The boiler has ports for connection to two separate hydronic control panels in two separate buildings. The photo on the right is of a lesser BTU model and is plumbed with 1" PEX. Due to the high demand capability of the CRS7400 the PEX should be 1 1/4". 1 1/4" PEX is difficult to work with in the tight confines of the boiler back so we are once again providing 1 1/4" stainless steel flexible hoses for easy connection between your PEX and the boiler ports. ALSO INCLUDED is the circulator needed to deliver the heated fluid to a building. This circulator is rated to deliver the flow necessary to satisfy the 240.000 BTU plate heat exchanger on the hydronic heating control panel. WE ARE ALSO providing all the fittings and valves necessary to complete the connections to the boiler. PLEASE NOTE that the height of the chimney is site specific and not included in this listing.
