Conar Model 280 Signal Generator with all associated paperwork (build instructions, parts list, user manual etc...). 170 KC to 60 MC (for the old FM band). This unit is very clean and look to be well built. The switch and knobs are in great shape and move well. No missing screws and the AC/probe cables are in very good condition. The alligator clips have a light patina. The Sprague electrolytic cap looks good and isn't bulging. The previous owner told me that it works (and I trust him) but I haven't fully tested it so I'm selling it "as is" for parts or repair. I was informed that this was assembled in the 1970's as part of an electronics course. I already own a couple of signal generators so I don't need this one. This unit was included with a large lot of vintage electronics that I purchased. Please view the photos for more details. Free shipping to the US via USPS.
