This is a portable building, 10' x 16' with barn style roof with 10' x 4' loft inside for storage. This building was used for a Shaved Ice Business such as Sno Biz or Tropical Sno, but could be used for a concession stand at a ballpark, soccer field, Motor cross tracks, BMX track, football field, etc. It also can be used as a hair salon, small business or a wood working shop.
