One food prep counter, with stainless steel finishes. 6 gallons of fresh water holding, and 9 gallons of waste water holding. Long lasting, very tough, rigid sheet aluminum roofing. Close-able customer canopy over closeable service window. Upper windows (on the front/customer side only) open to offer great ventilation.
