ABOUT THE PRODUCT Xtreme Hard™(Densifier) is a highly reactive Colloidal Silica-based densifying agent. The Colloidal Silica molecule has more reactive sites, so it goes to work quickly, within 1-2 minutes. Spray it on the concrete until the surface is saturated, then agitate with a soft bristle broom. Wait until dry (45-60mins). Xtreme Hard™ is a green, clean and safe material. Its low pH formula (pH approx 8.7, only slightly higher than baking soda) is safer for you to handle. Xtreme Hard emits no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and eliminates the hazardous-material disposal, so it’s better for the job site and friendlier to the planet. Xtreme Hard is shipped as a concentrate. One gallon of concentrate makes five gallons of ready-to-use product. Xtreme Hard is the lowest cost densifier per square foot. New Improved Nano Technology Formula, penetrates deeper into the concrete. It introduces additional Colloidal Silica to the slab, along with a thin, clear polymer layer that gives extra protection to the slab surface. It brings out the color in integrally pigmented, stained or dyed concrete, giving a slight “wet look” that works excellently with exposed aggregate. The polymer provides extra protection against accidental staining from spills. It is particularly useful against mild acids, such as might be encountered in environments where food is handled or served. Provides enhanced water repellent, stain resistance and gloss development. Coverage: 1 Gallon concentrate makes 2 Gallons of usable sealer. This 1 Gallon container will give you 3,000 Square Feet of coverage. (Just add water) Apply as thinly as possible with a microfiber pad.
