Constant Voltage Power Conditioning Test Transformer 24232, ~500VA, 118V +/-0.1% Product Details: Constant Voltage Power Conditioning Test Transformer This unit is missing its covers, having been used the way you see it in a test shop. I don't see a dataplate and suspect it was on one of the covers. It is marked Cat.No. 24232 Marathon Electric made the terminal block on the end, but I doubt that's who made the whole transformer. The power terminals are marked H1 to H4 and X1 and X2. H1 and H2 are hand marked 115VAC +/-10%. X1 and X2 are hand marked 118V +/-0.1%. I am guessing this transformer is about 500VA based on its weight (and consulting the Sola CVS product line for their unit that is that weight - Cat.No. 23-23-150-8. I don't know what the actual number is for sure. The transformer without the base is 7-5/8" wide x 10-1/2" long x 5-3/4" high, including all projections except the cords attached. 9-1/8" x 10-1/2" x 6-1/8" high with the base included. The length would of course be longer if the covers were on it. There is a standard 120V power cord and a test cord with a banana plug attached. It powered up when plugged in and I measured input power at 121.5V and output power at 119.5V, both seemingly steady. The transformer produces a fairly soft hum. Aside from the missing covers, I only see one bend to the base as shown. As asset liquidators, we are not considered experts in this product and we are selling it as found.
