The SANITRX® Rupture Disc (Bursting Disc) is a semicircular-scored reverse acting rupture disc (bursting disc) designed to provide instantaneous overpressure protection in sanitary environments. Engineered exclusively for applications concerned with product purity and trouble-free equipment sterilization, theSANITRX® Rupture Disc (Bursting Disc) provides overpressure protection for sanitary systems, equipment and vessels. This solid metal rupture disc (bursting disc) is ideal for primary and/or secondary system relief protection and isolating a system or safety relief valve from leakage or permeation. Specifications Nominal Size Range 1 " - 4 " ( 40 mm - 100 mm ) Burst Pressure Range 14 psig- 500 psig ( 0,965 barg - 34,5 barg ) Recommended Operating Ratio 90 % of the rupture disc\\\'s rated (stamped) burst pressure.
