In many cases we package same day, but business can be unpredictable so we ask for 2-3 days for handling and packaging. We are a reasonable family owned business. We make our profit on the Equipment we sell, we do NOT make our money on the shipping as seems so common these days. How many times have you seen something that is listed for .99 with a 19.99 Shipping & Handling cost, and at the same the next seller down is selling the identical item for 19.95 with free shipping! We don't play those games. Shipping Policy/Guidelines: 1.Items under 125 pounds will be shipped UPS ground, all other items will go via New Penn LTL/Freight aka Common Carrier. NOTE: You MAY set up your own delivery through the dozens of carriers, and brokers available online. SImply contact us to let us know you are doing so at least 48 hours in advance so we can have your item ready for pickup on the scheduled pickup date of your choosing. When you call we will provide the info where you can email or fax the bill of lading to us. 2.If we set up your shipment/delivery: If we ship you something by common carrier or LTL the company we will always use with is New Penn. Through experience they have shown us to be the best shipping company we have dealt with. They are timely, they take care in the handling of our merchandise, and they have an ease of dealing with their customer service, finally tracking with New Penn is a breeze. New Penn is not necessarily always the cheapest choice, but if you prefer us to handle setting up delivery, they are the company we will use. We are a very loyal family owned, and operated business. That loyalty extends both to you our customers, and our vendors like New Penn. 3.If you want to set up your own shipment/delivery: We want to make sure you have control over your shipping cost should you choose to do all of the leg work in setting it up. You can set up a pick-up at our facility using any carrier you like. This will allow you to shop around if you want to find a price that suits you, we only ask that you give us a call or send an email notifying us at least 48 hours in advance of the pick-up date so that we can pallet-ize and package your item. Our warehouse staff is professional and care about your purchase. They go above and beyond standard factory packaging, and that is why we ask for the 48 hours advance notice. This will ensure you receive the item exactly as you saw it in the picture If you have any questions not covered here please call us. Although we take these precautions, always check your shipment for damage prior to signing for it. With the extra measures that we take, we will not be responsible for damage to an item once it leaves our facility. You can avoid this by checking the packaging or even opening it prior to signing for your delivery. If there is any damage to the item, you will be able to file a claim with the carrier that made the delivery. Always check first though! Once you sign for it you are stating that you received it in good condition. If you find damage after the driver leaves, the claim process may likely not go your way, or they may not allow you to file a claim. You will be responsible for filing and keeping up with your claim in any such events.
