RETURNS We will work with the customer under the following conditions: • Buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance charges for returns. • Items must be returned in original condition. • Buyer is responsible for repacking the item for return. • Large or heavy items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped must be returned in the same fashion. • Refund includes the item purchase price ONLY and does not include any shipping charges. We will not be responsible for freight damages after the merchandise leaves our warehouse. All items must be inspected at the time of delivery for any damages that may (although rare) have occurred during shipping. The driver should be made aware of any and all damages before leaving the delivery location. All copies of the bill of lading should be noted and signed by the consignee and the driver.
