This spray foam rig is in excellent condition.  Before we installed the reactor in the trailer we disassembled all of the walls and ceiling and we insulated the trailer with closed cell foam on the walls, ceiling, and floor.  Additionally, we installed FRP paneling at the floor and walls to provide a professional look in the trailer as well as make the interior surfaces easier to clean.  All of the customization that we installed like the mask racks for your fresh air breathing masks to hang on, tool racks, one-part-foam gun holders, gun cleaner holders, grease gun containers, gun assembly and working station, glove dispenser station, cleaning station, etc., etc., were all carefully thought though and customized using top quality aluminum and stainless steal add-on components. The rig comes with a bunch of extra gun parts, cleaning solution, tools for spray foam installs as well as jobsite cleanup tools and supplies. The spray foam rig has: Graco Reactor 2 E30 216 feet of hose for spraying foam; this includes four 50 foot sections, one heated 10 foot whip, and one unheated 6 foot whip. 100 feet of shore power cable, and two 100 amp breakers for service panel hookup Rolair compressor (5HP, 16 CFM, with 60 gallon vertical tank) 1 Boss spray foam gun or 1 Graco AP Fusion gun with extra parts (your choice) Two IPM transfer pumps and all tranfer hoses JetPak air dryer system Recirculation lines from the reactor back to the A and B chemical drums Two person fresh air ventilation system with 200 feet of hose and two masks plus extra mask covers 1 Gallon of iso solvent 1 Gallon of foam solvent Graco throat seal for pump ETrack Diamond-plate hose rack Other extras in the form of tools, supplies, and materials that are used to complete spray foam installation jobs Trailer specs:  Has heavy duty 5,500 pound axles, is 18 feet long plus a 2 foot v-nose, 8.5 feet wide, and 6.5 feet tall.  The side door to the trailer is large so that a pallet could be dropped in the trailer if necessary Feel free to call us with any question you may have.  802-266-0999
