It powers on and works as expected. All adjustments, knobs, switches behave properly and function as expected. I do not have the thermometer to test this item further. +5 to 65 C temperature range. Cosmetically it has marks, scratches, writing, engravings, and missing paint. The unit does not kick on until the temperature knob is turned past "three". The glass viewing door is missing a screw that secures the top left corner of the glass panel to the hinge. There are no shelves or cap for this unit.
