Black Ink for Textile Screen Printing (5-GALLON PAIL) This great-printing black ink was formulated specifically for a special order.  We now have overstock of the product and are selling it at a DEEP discount! Consists of one (1) 5-GALLON PAIL of the following: - Cool Black printing black plastisol ink Plus - FREE shipping within the continental U.S. Each pail is factory sealed and brand new Ideal for printing on either 100% cotton & 50/50 cotton/poly blends Ink can be printed right from the container Suggested screen mesh:  110 to 305 t/in or 43 to 120 t/cm monofilament Cure temperatures:  325F (163C) NOTE: Please see second picture for reference - the made-to-order black color is close to PMS 4C value.  It is a slightly lighter shade black than our regular blacks. The ink in the bucket may appear a bit brownish, but it will print black. Other Recommendations: Always test print fabric before beginning a production run Always wash-test printed product before and during a production run to make sure that ink has been cured properly Store inks at 65F- 90F (18C-32C).  Avoid storage in direct sunlight Keep containers well sealed Mix ink before use If thinning is desired for special applications, use International Coatings' 1110 Curable Reducer for best results Tip: For soft-hand prints, use finer screen meshes or add International Coatings' 710 Softhand Additive, 20% to 40% by volume.
