Appears it might have been used as a spare. It was calibrated to June 14 2015 and looks in excellent condition.  Includes (1) Cable as seen in pictures  as/is Manufactures Description:   Cooper Instruments LXT 971-2.5 NM, LXT 971 Series Rotating Torque Load Cell- Shaft to Shaft  The LXT 971 torque transducer operates on the principle of magneto elasticity. The sensors output signal is caused by a change in the magnetic field created by an applied torque on the sensor's shaft. Non-contact detectors, in close proximity to the shaft, detect changes in the magnetic field and provide an electrical signal proportional to the torque. The electronics in the sensor provide signal conditioning suitable for use in industrial and process applications. The zero output is 2.5v. The output span can range from l0mv/v to 2.5v in either direction.   LOC: MT    (RW)
