PACKING, SHIPPING & SALES TAX * All items are sold FOB our dock in Union, MO 63084. * We can arrange shipping of your order. Items are usually shipped within 1-3 days after payment has cleared. * Please include a telephone number with payment, as our freight carriers require a telephone number for delivery. * Standard packing for large or heavy items usually consists of securing the item, with metal strapping, to a pallet and then shrink-wrapping the unit. Large or heavy items are shipped via freight carrier and insurance is upon request. * We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our warehouse. Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location. * Missouri sales tax (6.475%) is charged for all shipments within the state of Missouri. LOCAL CUSTOMER PICKUPS * Items are available for pickup at our warehouse Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays.
