This is some kind of cooling bracket made of copper with a brass RF connection on the side.  Very heavy copper and brass.  Every thing turns smoothly.  I have no way to test.  I just got this from a person who use to do research with microwaves and lasers.  It has been boxed up for many years.  Ask any questions.
