The trailer measures 11 feet x 7 feet. It has 30 gallon fresh waster tank & 34 gallon waste water tank. Also 4 gallon water heater, 3 compartment sink and a hand washing sink. Exhaust hood above the oven, a venting fan above the sinks. Good working AC unit, the trailer has an emergency exit as well as 2 roof windows for more light and venting. All stainless steel floor, walls and ceiling. Lots of cabinets and shelves for storage. Detachable towing hitch. Fold down serving shelf, Self closing entrance door and self closing screen window. Trailer is designed to serve roasted corn, hot dogs and shaved ice but it can be modified to serve other things. Trailer has a lot of work space inside.
