This has a ice machine adapter on top, missing the little plastic cover over the front gap between the ice machine and the top of the dispenser. It does have a cover with it to use without the ice machine, as mentioned it is not the exact right cover, but close. Otherwise in great condition, lights work, everything works Comes with ice machine adapter as seen, and a cover from a different machine with a close but not perfect fit.
