This CORNELL SS90-B SOLID STATE DOOR RELEASING DEVICE is used and in good condition. Cornell SS90-B: This device is activated by detection systems and is fail-safe by design, causing an open door to close in the event of a prolonged power failure (generally, longer than 10 seconds). Designed to accept input voltages of 120 volt and 24 volt AC or 24 volt DC, its adaptability simplifies planning and enhances serviceability. The SS90-B is UL listed with adjustable time delays for short power outages or alarm signals. When a remote “down” limit switch is added, this device also offers Down Limit Detection, which prevents mechanical release of a fully closed fire door.
