The wheels that turn look to be metal The number measure 1/8" high and 18 number pictured is what you will receive. The ink pad looks unused I think this is the one that it is found this on the Comet website not sure what kind of rubber is used for this one and I think this may be the metal wheels the numbers are a gray color.
