Used Cotterman manual platform lift. We have been using this on jobs for several years, it is faded and scratched, but works perfectly. The lift we are selling is the one in the second two pictures, the fist picture is a stock photo from Cotterman to show the lift with the outriggers. My lift is the same model and includes the outriggers. A new one of these is just over $4000. My price of $1600 includes shipping to your door. The Maxi-Lift - Winch Operated (ML-15W) by Cotterman MODEL ML-15W MANUAL WINCH ELEVATING WORK PLATFORM The manual winch system is operated from ground level and elevates the platform to the desired working height. With the outriggers set, the operator climbs the access ladder to the platform. The cable lift system includes an emergency stop fall arrest device. Heavy duty and rigid in construction, it meets the strength and dimensional requirements of ANSI standard A92.3- 1990. Designed to be handled and operated by one worker, it rolls easily from job to job and fits through a standard doorway without alteration or disassembly.
