PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION - THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANT These 11" X 17" X " mats have fabric on top, with open cell rubber backing to prevent movement (like a very thin mouse pad). The image is sublimated (heat pressed) to the fabric surface so it won't fade, crack or peel. This is a high quality mat and makes a great gift. It has a stitched black border around the outside edge which gives it a framed, finished look. The entire design is printed on the mat. It is not wood or burlap, it only has a wood and burlap LOOK. These can be machine washed (cold water-no bleach) and air dried. Pictures are for informational purposes only and may not be an exact replica of the item. I WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY WHEN CHECKING OUT. If you want to ship to an address other than the one in your profile you MUST change the ship to address when checking out, as I will ship ONLY to the address on the receipt. I have many orders to process each day and changing an address may not get done. You would be unhappy and so would I if it didn't go the the right place. If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, and your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you. If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can't find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over its delivery, only the Post Office does. I will not replace any item shown as delivered. Due to the high heat needed to produce the mouse pads, there may be a rubber odor, which will disappear if a few days.
