Up for your consideration is one lot of two counterbore cutters. The first is a  4 blade carbide tipped 1-1/8" K20 counterbore manufactured in Yugoslavia. The shank diameter is 1" and is 5" long. A flat section has been hand ground on the shank that appears to be approximately 7/8" long and about 1-3/8" from the shank end to the center line of the flat. I presume this flat was put there so a set screw could lock the shank and prevent it from rotating in the driver. This counterbore also has a removable 7/16" diameter pilot. This tool appears to have had little use, and in my opinion it would be an 8+ on the scale of 1 to 10. If it did not have the hand ground flat, I would have given it a 9+ rating. Thanks for looking. The second counterbore has a cutter diameter of .780"dia.x.955" long. The pilot is .500" dia. and the shank is 1/2"dia.x7/16" long. Country of manufacture is unknown. This counterbore appears to have had little use. In my opinion, I would rate this tool at a 9+ on a scale of 1 to 10.
