Made by Bastian Blessing: model 078940, serial no: 82-1899. 115v, 14.3 amps, with a built in humidity control to keep your food fresh tasting.......longer. There is a direct water line hook up just under the right underside of the cabinet. You can control the amount of humidity, which helps keep your food moist and fresh tasting. It measures 48" wide x 32" deep x 40" high. Features two adjustable shelves plus the bottom of the cabinet. There are 2 sliding glass doors on the front and the back. The front doors can be locked if you do not want to feature self-serve. There are 4 lights, one in each corner, illuminating the cabinet brightly. The all stainless insides and outside make it very attractive and easy to clean. You can adjust the temperature to meet your exact needs. This is a heavy duty cabinet good for any type of food. We can palletize this cabinet and ship it anywhere. It is very large and will hold a wide vatiety of food at any temperature over 100 degrees.
