This is a Cousins LP 2100 shring wrap machine - this machine was in use in a local warehouse here in Southwest Missouri until the warehouse relocated 30 days ago - I am no expert in these machines but it all looks to be in very good condition - the turntable rotates under power quietly and easily and the shring wrap goes up and down the post as it should . It is a 110 volts - I have used it to test wrap a couple of pallets and it worked very nicely. There is no key for the lock on the electrical panel but it locaks and unlocks with a small screwdriver Specs from the Cousins company website as follows: This Cousins 2100 Semi-Automatic Pallet Wrapper is a real time saver.  capable of wrapping 35 pallets per hour. You can wrap top and/or bottom-heavy loads with the selectable reduced film tension parameters. The turntable can handle 4,000 pound loads with max dimensions of 50" W x 50" L x 80" H. A fully enclosed tower with guarded motors and no exposed cables make this unit superior to many of the other models found within our Semi Automatic Stretch Wrappers category.
