You are bidding on a 72' x 110' Cover-All fabric building. The price of this structure new is $29-32,000. The frame is heavy steel structure that expands the 72' width and is 32' high. It bolts down. The fabric is a coated canvas that is stretched over the frame. The fabric is made to withstand rain, snow, and winds to 100 mph. The fabric carried an original warranty of 12 years. It is still in good condition (except for listed cuts in the sides). The building has a steel double door and two single steel doors at one end; a single steel door on one side; and a single steel door and a large cargo roll up door at the other end. On one side there are three roll up side panels that open up 60' x 10'. I did a lot of research before buying a Cover-All building. It is wonderful. This building is used by a wide variety of businesses. Originally I used it as a dog training facility. It is used for agriculture and horse arenas for the same reasons. The natural lighting and the calm feeling inside are perfect. Then, I converted it to a banquet facility. We held many weddings and parties. With indirect lighting on the roof, it was beautiful. There are fabric buildings in use for mining, agriculture, storage, vehicle storage, etc. Just use your imagination. Whatever you need. As I stated in the 'condition' section, there are several areas where the fabric sides where cut. It is possible to patch repair if cosmetics are not a priority for your use. The fabric can be replaced to make it like new. I got one bid of $15-18,000 for new fabric complete including end walls. This is located in Henderson, Nevada. It will be the buyers responsiblity to remove and transport the structure.

“This building was erected in 2001. It has been vacant for two years. The fabric was still in good condition at that time. But earlier this year, I had someone break in and damage the fabric membrane. It could be patched or fabric replaced depending on your use. There are several large slashes to the fabric. The structure is heavy steel beams and is fine. Purchaser will be responsible for dis-assembly and moving.”
