Notes: It seems to be in mostly-working condition. We applied power and the controller turned on. Pressing the START button started the preprogrammed wash cycle, with solenoids for water and/or air clicking on and off at the preset times. We noted that the display LEDs are not all functional. Some segments do not light up. Although you can't really read what the machine is telling you it seems to complete a cycle. The cycle stopped on its own, and pressing the STOP button also stops the cycle. The lid raises and lowers easily by hand. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown. Different wash recipes provide for individualized customer requirements. Vials or ampules are placed into the loading plate, either by hand or in batch, depending upon your package configuration - these plates are then placed into the washer. As the washer cover is closed, the glassware descends over the washing needles. The needles are centered and do not touch the inside of the glassware. The GW 24 is equipped standard with six valves. Three are 1" lines, dedicated for liquid wash media, such as water for injection (WFI). The remaining three 1/2" lines are dedicated for clean-compressed air, steam (if required) and the last for outside wash. Materials of construction include 316L stainless steel needles, 316L stainless steel piping with sanitary connections, 316L basin and top cover, and the frame is 304 stainless steel exterior surfaces with an aluminum base frame.
