This shrink tunnel is available with two different conveyor systems; one with a maintenance-free Teflon mesh belt, and the other with a live/dead roller system. A variable speed drive makes it easy to fine-tune the shrink. Standard features on all tunnels include adjustable legs and a key-locked quick access electrical panel. Each tunnel also has an easy-open front panel that provides access to the heating elements. The heating chamber of this shrink tunnel is entirely insulated, as is the exterior wall of the chamber, for energy-efficient operation. Additionally, the heat within the chamber is contained using Teflon curtains, and the volume of airflow within the heating chamber is controlled by baffles that can be adjusted manually using an easily accessible hand crank at the discharge end of the tunnel. Creative Shrink Tunnels are designed to deliver consistent shrink results in high production packaging lines. They are efficient even for difficult high profile products and sensitive packaging films. The precision heat control maintains the temperature at all times, while the powerful blower produces turbulent hot air waves that surround the packages and shrink "dog ears." This combination of exact heat control and streamline airflow eliminates inconsistent shrink caused by wildly fluctuating temperatures and "soft" airflows, resulting in reliable shrink and lower costs.
