Craftsman CompuCarve CNC Machine - Model No.: 133.217540 - Computer Controlled Carving Machine - Sold As Is or For Parts Only Up for bids is a well used but very clean Craftsman CompuCarve CNC Machine - Model No.: 133.217540 - Computer Controlled Carving Machine. This machine has been taken apart and cleaned thoroughly recently…there are several scratches around this machine and a small dent on the Closeout Right Assembly in the front (pictured) and there maybe a few screws that I couldn’t track down…I had purchased/replaced the two new traction belts on the Conveyor Assemblies and as well as the rubber feet…All the gears have been greased and run smoothly. As one can see in the pictures that when the Power Switch is powered “On” the control prompt lights up but there are is nothing to indicate what to press on the control panel…I believe that it will need the Programmer and Memory Card to get this going…(Please Note: These Have Been Misplaced and Do Not Come With This Machine) Originally, This machine came with several attachments that had become misplaced along the years but this one comes “ONLY WITH WHAT IS PICTURED” Nothing more…There is a 1/16” Carving Bit with Adapter that is attached to the spindle at present. There are two things that I hadn’t gotten around to completing and that would be the replacement or the Flex-Shaft Assembly (Please Note: This assembly does work but the covering is aged/rubbed and would be better replaced) and the disassembly/repair of the Head Crank (Please Note: The crank had a hard time moving up/down…I had it apart but think it has something to do with the Lockdown Leadscrew…I hadn’t run this machine for sometime now but I believe everything with these two repairs should be in order. Although I believe this machine can repaired/running in short order It will - “Be Sold As Is or For Parts”…I will ship this in a new CompuCarve Shipping Box if you decide to ship it to the company to be repaired/updated. I will also provide a copy of the Operator’s Manual as well as the Assembly Guide and Parts List. This machine is very clean and has new parts…so If you want to get it “operational or just for parts” this is the one. PLEASE NOTE: This item will “ONLY” be sold and shipped to buyers in the United States: Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer as this item is heavy.
