Brand new looking appears never used in original box with instruction manual looks great, sharpen your used drill bits save money and make nicer holes Used to be that only a machinist or toolmaker would be able to sharpen dull drill bits but with this device, almost anyone with a grinder can sharpen drill bits. Sold as is, I cannot guarentee that this will work for you, it still requires a bit of skill and grinder which is not included in this sale.
