This is a "like new" Trowel notcher by Crain Cutter Co., INC. Purchased in the event I didn't have a new glue trowel handy. This will cut new notches in a otherwise good but wore down trowel.  Flooring mechanics. Use this to re-notch trowels (or old patch trowel) and save money versus buying new trowels after a few jobs. This tool can be used on certain sheet metal applications too! See pics for description.
