If the item(s) are damaged beyond repair REFUSE the shipment. If damages are small, repairable and you want the equipment (again) make note on the delivery slip & have driver sign it and accept the delivery. Take clear photos of all damage and get an estimate / quote for repairs to provide to the insurance co. IMPORTANT... if damage notes are not made on the delivery slip and acknowledged by the driver, no reimbursement will be made. IMPORTANT: Contact our office and send photos of damage immediately. Return Policy: Buyer requires a return authorization number in order to return any items. Buyer is responsible for FULL CRATING of all items (same as received) and INSURED return shipping cost. All returned items must be received back in the same condition as when they left our facility.
