This kit only includes one fixture which has a length of 13 inches and a width of 7 inches. The lamp produces 5351 lumens and has a voltage of 120 to 277. This kit contains a light engine with heat sink, driver with a field adjustable output and surge protection. This lamp is to be used in temperatures of -40 to 50 degrees celsius. We have inspected this product and have found there to be no damages and we have no way of testing it. The product must be hardwired by the customer.
