No shipping and handling is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax. Shipping Returns About Us If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Zoro’ Customer Service Department at 855-BUY-ZORO (855-289-9676) or through Ebay Messaging.
